How many times can it fully charge my phone?
About two full charges for a typical modern smartphone. Capacity is rated at 10,000mAh (37Wh), and real-world output is always lower than the raw cell number because of voltage conversion — that's true of every power bank on the market, including the ones claiming six.
How fast will it charge my phone?
20W USB-C power delivery, which takes a typical phone to roughly half in half an hour. The wireless pad is slower at 10W — use the cable when you are in a hurry, the pad when you are not.
Is it waterproof? How durable is it?
It's rated IP65 — dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. Rain, spray and a soaked pack are fine. It is not rated for submersion, and we won't tell you otherwise.
Can it charge multiple devices at the same time?
Up to three — two wired outputs plus the wireless pad. Running several at once splits the available power, so each charges more slowly.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. At 37Wh it sits well under the 100Wh airline limit, so it travels in carry-on. Lithium batteries must never go in checked luggage.
How long does the solar panel actually take to charge this?
Days of good direct sun, not hours. A panel this size is a trickle top-up that keeps the unit ready between emergencies. Charge it from USB-C while you have power; let the sun hold it there.
What's the warranty?
30 days money-back if it isn't right for you, and a 90-day return window on the product itself. A 2-year replacement cover is available as an add-on.
